How to access US DOD loose leaf instrument procedures and Foreign Terminal Instrument Procedures (FTIP) TERPS reviews of non-U.S. Government/commercial instrument procedures on the USAASA website.

1. For USAF Global Decision Support System (GDSS)
The unite Commander assigns a Unit Program Account Manager (UPAM) using the UPAM appointment letter. Request accounts in the following Domains: GDSS and Classified GDSS. Units can modify this appointment letter template as needed to accommodate as many UPAMs as the unit needs to accomplish their mission.

Additionally, A DD Form 2875 is needed for each user account. Complete the form using AMS Checklist B-01 (attached). Coordinate the package as explained in the letter package and return as explained in checklist B-01.

If you have any questions please call the GDSS Functional Help Desk at DSN 576-4949, option 2

2. For US Navy
USN compliance reviews of FTIP will be hosted on the USAASA AKO web site: https://www.us.army.mil/suite/files/46000137

Loose leaf instrument procedures may be obtained from the USN ATC web site: https://atc.navy.mil/ATC On the left side of the page, select loose leaf reviews.
